Unpack it in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.
If you already use an AI assistant, connect it to your Carryall history. With your permission, it can read your records, labs and medications, and answer from them in the app you already use.
Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others
- 1
Open your assistant’s settings
Look for Connectors, Connections or Tools.
- 2
Add the forwarding address
Create a new custom connector and paste the address from the label.
- 3
Sign in to Triangle
Your assistant brings up Triangle’s sign-in when it needs it.
- 4
Choose what it can see
On Triangle’s consent screen, pick what it can read or change and which profile to share, then Accept.
https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp
Settings→Connectors→Add custom connector→Paste the address
A Triangle sign-in appears the first time Claude uses a Triangle tool.
Plugins→+→Add custom MCP server→A name and the address
Authentication: OAuth→Tick “I understand”→Create as a plugin
Sign in to Triangle and accept, then type @ in a chat to pick Triangle. Needs Business, Enterprise or Edu, where a workspace admin adds it, or Pro for read-only.
Skills and Connectors→New Connector→Custom→A name and the address
Needs a paid Grok plan. Sign in to Triangle and accept when asked.
Other assistants that support MCP (Model Context Protocol) use the same address.
In plain terms: once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control, so connect only assistants you trust. It works only with data inside Triangle and can’t change anything at a doctor’s office. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
Your assistant can only unpack what’s arrived.
