What Carryall does
Asks your old offices for you
Instead of you phoning each old office, Triangle sends the request across Carequality and TEFCA, the national networks. Upload anything you’re already holding, such as PDFs, photos of paper records or discs.
Packs a summary for the first visit
Your medical history arrives as a plain-language summary, so the new-patient clipboard isn’t a memory test. For the medication section of the form, Carryall lists what your records show, pharmacy fills included when they’re there.
Flags what hasn’t arrived
Carryall shows what may not have arrived yet and helps you request it. The history keeps updating as new records come in.
Hands it to your new doctor
Share your profile with your new doctor or with family, and choose who can see it. Ask the chat what happened at an old appointment, and it answers from your records.
What makes Carryall different
Sign once, skip the calls
Getting records the usual way means contacting each old office and filling in its forms. With Carryall you sign once, and Triangle does the asking through the national networks.
Every old address, one history
Each health system’s patient portal, MyChart included, holds what that system recorded about you, and a new city often means a new system. Carryall gathers what your past doctors hold into one history that moves with you.
Unpack it in the assistant you use
ChatGPT, Claude and Grok can’t see your old records unless you hand them over yourself. Once one of them is linked to Carryall, and only with your say-so, it can read everything Carryall has gathered.
No one else pays for the move
Members cover the cost of Carryall, and Triangle accepts no payment from drug makers, labs or hospitals. Your history is never sold or shared for advertising.
Who uses Carryall
- People moving to a new city
- People changing doctors after a change of insurance
- People with records spread across doctors in more than one city
- Anyone facing a new-patient form they’d rather not fill in from memory
The team behind Carryall
Carryall ships from Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.), a company whose home base is Pasadena, California. In 2023, a brain tumor diagnosis left Arun Verma collecting his own records and researching them by hand, and he turned that experience into Triangle with co-founders Justin Balthrop and Jonathan Grubb, serving as its CEO. Carryall packs that work up for anyone whose medical history needs to move with them.

How Carryall works
Say who’s moving
Open a 7-day free trial and tell Carryall who’s moving, whether that’s you or someone you look after.
Sign once, at the new address
At your new address: an identity check, one signature on Triangle’s consent forms, and an intake visit booked with a clinician.
Old offices, one request
Triangle requests your records from past doctors through the national networks, and you add whatever you’re carrying. After that, open up the boxes: your health topics and medication list, questions about any old visit, and sharing with the new doctor or with family.
Bring an assistant along
Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can come along if you want them, and if a step leaves you stuck, write to Triangle at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
What goes into Carryall, and which company packs it?
Carryall gathers your records from past doctors into one history you can take to the next one. Triangle makes Carryall, so your account is a Triangle one, wherever you move.
How much is Carryall a month?
Carryall is $9 a month once your 7-day free trial ends. A card goes on file for the trial, and you can cancel any time, even with boxes still half packed.
Is Carryall a doctor, or a new practice?
Neither. Carryall is Triangle’s research and educational support for your move, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat or prescribe. Decisions about your care stay with your clinicians, the old ones and the new.
Can I unpack my history in ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
Yes. Give the assistant a new MCP connector with the address https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, sign in to Triangle, and decide what it gets to unpack. For the exact menus in each assistant, see trianglehealth.com/agents.
Is my history safe on the move?
Your history stays encrypted in transit and at rest, so it’s protected on the move and in storage. Triangle is HIPAA compliant, keeps your history away from buyers and advertisers, and lets you choose who sees your profile.
Will Triangle reach my old doctors?
Carequality and TEFCA, the networks Triangle uses, connect many hospitals and clinics, but some old offices sit outside them. Carryall lists what may still be outstanding from old offices and helps you request it, and paper records or discs can go in by upload.
Does Carryall help me find a new doctor or choose insurance?
No. Carryall doesn’t recommend doctors or insurance plans. It helps you bring your history with you, wherever you go next.
Can Carryall refill a prescription?
No. Carryall can’t refill a prescription, and Triangle never prescribes. Bring your medication list to your new doctor, who takes your care from there.
